As you walk in through through the custom made green heart door you are immediately greeted by the ocean view and luxurious tropical breeze.

The spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area are cooled by the breeze that comes through the ocean side of the house and flows out through the green heart louvers at the front.

Kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances which include Smeg 6 burner range with griddle, Bosch fridge & Russell Hob wine cooler. Toaster, kettle and Lavazza espresso machine are also supplied.

The verandah is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the views and dip in the 40 foot long infinity pool. The pool is a gradient depth of 2 to 8 feet deep.

All three bedrooms are air conditioned and on the same level as the main house. The master being on the right (ocean facing) side of the villa with King bed and en suite bathroom.

The other two bedrooms are to the left (ocean facing) side of the villa and share a bathroom. Both have Queen beds and unobstructed views.

Take the beautiful wooden stairs up to the roof top deck and enjoy the 240 degree views it offers. Sip cocktails at sunset or enjoy the moon and stars and lights shimmering at night.

There is a small garden seating area at the front of the property.

Just a 5 min drive to Lance Aux Epines beach & 7 nearby restaurants.    Or a 15 min drive to Grand Anse were Morne Rouge and Grand Anse Beach are located, shops, banks and other restaurants.
