Located on the top of Campeche Hill overlooking Prickly Bay, Casa Julia has a continuous tropical breeze and a great view.  Only a 6 min walk down the hill and you are on Lance Aux Epines Beach or stay home and swim in the private pool.  A coffee shop, 2 small mini markets and eight restaurants are with in walking distances but should you decide to rent a car there is plenty of parking space on the property.

The property is divided into three cottages.   The main cottage houses the kitchen, dining, living areas and laundry.  This cottage features a long wooden deck with day bed and outdoor seating.    Kitchen has stove, fridge, drip coffee maker, kettle and all basic cooking utensils.  Guests have use of the washer and dryer. 

 

On the right side of the main cottage is a one bedroom cottage, with bathroom and a small living area.  Both rooms in this cottage are air conditioned. 

 

On the left side of the main cottages is a two bedroom cottage, each bedroom air conditioned with its' own bathroom.  Between each bedroom is a small shared kitchen with stove, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and toaster.

While charmingly rustic, this property has everything you need to enjoy Grenada and a reasonable rate.
