Lugar Feliz, aptly named, as the owners describe it as their "happy place" is nestled on the side of the hillside looking down in to Egmont Harbour and the valley beyond.   

​

Lugar Feliz has four bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom.    Lower level features the pool and veranda with a pool side bathroom.   This outdoor area leads into the living & dining room with a clean modern kitchen.   All bedrooms are located upstairs and are spacious.    Master bedroom features a large master bathroom and closet as well as a balcony that overlooks the bay.

Located only a 15 min drive to the Grand Anse area where most popular beaches and restaurants are located, you don't have far to travel to see and do sites, then return for a cool dip and feel the gentle breeze blowing down the bay.
