Ixora Villa is located in the South of Grenada in Lance Aux Epines. The Villa is right on the waters edge in a protected cove and has its own jetty. About a 15 minutes drive to the populare beaches, banks and shopping. Close enough to everything yet far enough away to relax!
Layout of the Villa:
The villa is pretty much on one level, with only one or two steps down to the pool area. A very open plan that embodies Tropical living. The living room is the center of the house, with the kitchen and dining room off to the left and three bedrooms to the right. The pool and gazebo area are on the bayfront side of the house with steps leading to the lower gazebo and jetty.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The middle and front bedroom share a bathroom. Bedrooms are screened for mosquitoes and have fans and air-conditioning.
