Aquaview is an extremely spacious four bedroom home located in Westerhall Point. With views of the bay on one side of the house, perfect for that morning coffee and plenty of trees on the other, creating privacy for the pool area, you can relax and enjoy both.
You walk in through the front door and the large living area is ahead of you which leads right out on the the pool & veranda. To the left is the huge kitchen and further on the family room opening onto the bay view and pool deck.
Right of the entry leads to the 3 downstairs bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are en suite and 1 bedroom has a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The huge master bedroom is upstairs and boasts a large bathroom, walk in closet and private balcony on the bay view side of the house.
The pool itself is large and offers plenty of lounging area as well as an outdoor kitchen/entertaining area.
Aquaview is a 25 minute drive from Grenada airport and 15-20 minutes from the shops and attractions of Grand Anse beach.
